  • On behalf of AdAge’s Comeback Agency of the Year, mcgarrybowen, I developed & executed the global launch collateral for a new snacking category, chocolate brand, and several brand extensions of Mondelez products.

  • Built Lidl’s first loyalty, segmentation, email/offer automation, and analytics strategy for Lidl US. With our development team, built  the website and app for the U.S. market and implemented the strategy for launch.   

  • Developed Lidl's brand strategy for the U.S. market, managed the execution of 14 focus groups, and gathered U.S. and International Board approval on the go-to-market strategy.

  • As Lidl’s spokesperson, released announcements confirming that Lidl was expanding to the US and responded to media  inquiries. Received media mentions in The Washington Post, Business Insider, Forbes, and many more. Without prior PR experience, I quickly learned and delivered results.

Shop Your Way is the first member-centric social shopping platform that integrates products, partners, services, and recommendations, both online and in stores. It has roughly 125 million members. 

  • Tested usability with consumers and provided direction to change roughly one third of the site to increase sales conversion rate, reduce bounce rate, and drive deeper levels of engagement.

  • Implemented several “growth hacks” to increase revenue through and reduce cost per conversion.

  • Briefed the Shop Your Way team on all emerging technology trends, and initiated tests to validate trends.

  • Developed and executed marketing plans for all proprietary Shop Your Way products and segments.

  • Managed the relationship of our digital & media AOR, content management, and PR agencies.

  • Collaborated with our Israeli based development team to increase Shop Your Way member engagement and transactions.

  • Doubled the number of Shop Your Way app downloads in 90 days, while maintaining a $1 CPA.
